impressed with practical comfort and location

the hotel sits conveniently near the train station and metro station. this proximity makes traveling easy. several restaurants, stores, and bakeries are within a short walk. i found the location especially advantageous for accessing ueno park and asakusa.
The breakfast selection had limitations. Only toast or rice were available with minimal variety.

the room was neat and well designed, i found good facilities inside. the pillows were very good, the bathroom included a shower and deep soaking tub. this allowed for relaxation after long days, i appreciated the super clean condition.

i found the location excellent it was just outside the main tourist areas it provided easy access to both the train station and taxis the terrace offered beautiful views i appreciated having a restaurant downstairs i could easily visit. the staff were friendly i noticed a convenience store was very close it was a simple thing . the hotel design felt stylish i liked the dimmable lighting it added a nice touch to the ambiance. i enjoyed the sunrise views from my balcony they were wonderful i also appreciated the breakfast i thought it was good.
the bathroom felt a bit small i found it difficult to move around comfortably i also noticed there was a lamp a bit too close to the bed i was always a bit concerned about bumping into it.

the hotel features a restaurant on the premises this proved convenient for quick meals and relaxed evenings the terrace on the top floor is accessible to all guests it offers panoramic city views a perfect spot for unwinding.

i was pleased with the proximity to ueno park, about a 20-minute walk to senso-ji temple. a metro station was also conveniently a couple of blocks away. the room size impressed me, especially for accommodation standards. i found the hotel staff very kind and helpful. i thought the price was a great value.
the breakfast was rather limited, offering a choice between toast and rice with a few toppings. it would have been better with more variety.

the location was really convenient as it was close to a train station with great connections. i also found the breakfast to be good each morning. there was a selection between rice and toast. i also added toppings to my taste.
i noticed a dripping noise in my room that was quite constant and bothered me. i also found a used facemask near the mattress. there was also some rubbish under there. this made me question the overall cleanliness.
